A footprint built around similar properties, not just a radius
Oak Hill's own lots run large and wooded, backing toward the Radnor Lake watershed along Franklin Pike, Granny White Pike, and Otter Creek Road, and most of the towns we reach from here share that same character rather than being an arbitrary drive-time circle on a map. Forest Hills sits immediately west along the same ridge system. Belle Meade lies further out toward Percy Warner Park with its own older estate canopy. Brentwood extends the same large-lot pattern south into Williamson County on newer ground. Green Hills, Nashville's nearer neighborhoods off Franklin Pike, and small, mixed-use Berry Hill sit north, where lots get tighter and the work shifts toward narrower access rather than acreage.
We didn't build this business to cover all of greater Nashville - we built it to be genuinely good at the specific kind of property that dominates this stretch of the county, wherever that property happens to sit.
One standard, regardless of which side of the line you're on
A call from a gated drive off Tyne Boulevard gets the same care as a call from a converted-bungalow lot in Berry Hill or a hillside property up in Forest Hills - the same turf protection, the same attention to what's buried near the stump, the same walk-through before we call a job finished. If your property sits somewhere near this list but not named on it directly, call anyway; how close you are to Oak Hill itself, not which town's line you're technically inside, is usually the better predictor of whether we can get to you quickly.
We also don't treat any of these towns as secondary work squeezed in around Oak Hill jobs. A large hardwood in Belle Meade or a tight side-yard grind in Green Hills gets scheduled and staffed with the same seriousness as anything on Franklin Pike itself.
