On Reviews - and Why We Won't Manufacture Any

In place of testimonials we can't yet provide, here's a guarantee with terms specific enough to hold us to: if a stump isn't ground to the depth we quoted, or if cleanup leaves the lawn worse than we found it - ruts, scattered debris, an unevenly filled hole - we return and correct it at no charge. That's not a marketing line; it's the standard every job here gets measured against, whether it's the first one this business runs or the hundredth.

A specific, checkable promise is worth more at this stage than a testimonial we could have written ourselves, and we'd rather you judge us on that than on words we put in someone else's mouth. If we fall short of it, tell us plainly and we'll fix it, no argument and no excuse about how busy the schedule was that week.

Where our reviews will come from

After every completed job, we'll ask the homeowner directly whether they're willing to leave an honest review on Google - not filtered by whether the job went perfectly, and not requested only from the customers we're confident were happy. A property off Otter Creek Road and a smaller job in Berry Hill will both get asked the same way. Given time, that builds something worth reading; skipping straight to a page of quotes we wrote ourselves would not.

We understand some Oak Hill homeowners would rather not have their name or address attached to a public review at all, and that's fine - we'll never pressure anyone into it, and a quieter client who simply calls us again for the next stump is its own kind of endorsement, even if it never shows up on this page.
