Call or text (629) 289-2124 and describe what you're dealing with - how many stumps, roughly how wide each one is, and anything about your gate, drive, or access that's worth knowing ahead of time. We're open Monday through Saturday, 7am to 6pm, and the person answering is generally the same person who'll be on-site running the grinder, not a dispatcher relaying your information to someone else.

Messages left outside those hours get answered first thing the next business day with an actual callback, not an automated confirmation and silence after it. If you'd rather text than talk, that's fine too - we handle plenty of scheduling entirely by text, from the first photo through to confirming a day and time.

A photo is usually the fastest path to a firm price

Text a couple of clear photos of the stump - stand a shovel, a rake handle, or your own foot next to it so we can judge the true diameter - along with which part of Oak Hill or the surrounding area you're calling from. For a straightforward single stump on open lawn, that's often enough for a firm number the same day, with no site visit required.

Large hardwoods, stumps close to a tree you want kept, or properties with gated access or a long private drive usually still call for a quick in-person look before we finalize anything - scheduled quietly, and without a branded vehicle parked in view of the street any longer than it takes to unload. Either way, reaching out costs you nothing and doesn't commit you to anything beyond that first conversation.
